I offer individual therapy for adults seeking a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. I have experience working with diverse mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, mood dysregulation, and borderline personality disorder. I also have experience in substance use and addiction. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-center framework, where clients are viewed as the experts of their own experiences while also drawing from CBT, DBT, and ACT.
